In the morning of Friday, March 24, 2017 in Parma, at the Unione Parmense degli Industriali in Strada al Ponte Caprazucca 6/a, the national roadshow “INDUSTRY 4.0 – Digital Competitive Transformation” was held, organized by Confindustria in collaboration with Unione Parmense degli Industriali and Unindustria Reggio Emilia and promoted by Confindustria Digitale, Federmeccanica, Farmindustria.

It was a meeting to figure out how to transform companies into companies 4.0 through innovative digital technologies that could change the way they do business, and featured prominent rapporteurs representing the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, Microsoft, IBM Italia, Cisco, Siemens, Farmindustria, Confindustria Digitale and a local SME that has embarked on a digital transformation path.

The project to create SMILE Digital Innovation Hub was illustrated by Cesare Azzali, Director of the Unione Parmense degli Industriali.
