SMILE Digital Innovation Hub and the University of Parma have organized a free workshop on:
“Effective application and utilization of TPM”
scheduled on tuesday, July 4, 2017, starting at 2.30 pm, at the S.Elisabetta Center (University Campus), Via delle Scienze 181 in Parma.
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a methodological approach used throughout the world to maximize the availability of machines and plants, involving various staff at different levels by using different approaches to maintenance management. Proper application of its principles brings significant benefits to the overall business. The workshop aims to introduce the TPM methodological principles and to make it understand its impact on the main performance indicators.
The speakers will be interviewed at the workshop: Yoshiaki Morita, JMA Consultants Inc. TPM Company and Massimo Bertolini, Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Parma.
We feel that the event may be of particular interest to:
- managers of production, maintenance, process quality that intend to understand the implementation principles of TPM;
- designers of machines and plants who intend to understand how to incorporate the principles of maintenance into design;
- plant directors and plant managers who want to understand the impacts of applying TPM principles to key KPIs;
- but also for all those who want to know about the origins of TPM’s science and its first management applications, about method development applications (from birth to today’s and future models) and even on mistakes to avoid.
Participation, as mentioned, is free after registering on the page: https://www.eventbrite.it/e/biglietti-workshop-sul-total-productive-maintenence-35457077072.
