The solution adopted allowed the manufacturing company to overcome the many complexities of managing goods and services available to employees and external parties who access the structure, occupying common spaces and resources.

The challenge
The Bracco Group needed a tailor-made solution to assign common spaces and resources, solving the complexities encountered in the management of workstations or meeting rooms, as well as a variety of goods and services to be made available to employees or external persons authorized to access the structure. The requested tool had to be simple to use and made accessible to everyone, in compliance with company policies, with an intuitive, modern and functional management interface.
The solution
The ET-Smart Desk solution, designed and developed by EtiQube, has allowed the Bracco Group to overcome many complexities of managing goods and services available to employees and external parties who access the Milan headquarters, occupying common spaces and resources. Asset management has now become simpler and more usable thanks to a modern and functional user interface.
The management of corporate spaces and services is now improved, customizable and integrated based on precise customer specifications and policies, available as a “Progressive Web App” and managed via a portal that allows you to:
- Book desks, meeting rooms, canteen meals, car parks, shuttles, equipment, smart lockers, electric columns, gym, training courses, etc.
- Log in with “Single Sign On” (SSO) mode
- Invite guests to your company by pre-registering online
- Optimize the management of company spaces by assigning rules and permissions
- Improve the use of benefits and services offered to employees
- Greater control and organization through detailed reporting

Features for employees
ET-Smart Desk allows employees to:

ET-Smart Desk allows administrators to:

- have or assign privileges: it is possible to associate privileges per floor/area to each person, or some employees can reserve desks on behalf of other subjects invited to work within the spaces
- extrapolate reports relating to space saturation, attendance, meals consumed and more
