Construction Services

We offer a range of services dedicated to companies in the building construction sector (residential, industrial, commercial, hospitals, schools, etc.) and the built environment sector (civil engineering, both above and below ground, and landscape management between and around buildings). These services are in addition to the following basic services normally offered to all manufacturing companies:

Dedicated Technical Services

Provision of technical services delivered with innovative digital technologies, accessible to companies throughout the construction industry

THERMOGRAPHY
Equipment: FLIR E96 thermal imaging camera from FLIR Systems with 10mm lens.

Fields of application:

  1. Photovoltaic field
  2. Large-scale mapping
  3. Industrial control
  4. Frescoes
  5. Non-destructive testing of welding
  6. Construction for:
    • Identify the masonry texture, infill walls, presence of reinforced concrete beams, cladding and the structure of the building;
    • Verify correct application on site with respect to the project or installation protocols;
    • Identify system faults, anomalies or leaks;
    • Check the state of conservation of the buildings: cracks, detaching plaster, irregular or homogeneous insulation resulting in thermal bridges, heat loss due to transmission and ventilation, or hygrothermal problems (mold, condensation, rising damp, etc.);
    • Perform an energy diagnosis.
THERMOGRAPHY WITH DRONE

Instrumentation: DJI MAVIC 3T drone

Fields of application:

Construction for:

  • Identify, thanks to infrared analysis, faults and malfunctions inside pipes or water leaks so that targeted maintenance can be carried out immediately;
  • Thermographic surveys where humans have difficult access so that companies can increase the safety of their workers;
  • Non-invasive inspections;
  • Evaluation of district heating systems;
  • Photovoltaic panel inspection or testing (large-scale inspections and non-invasive inspections of rooftop systems).
INDOOR AND OUTDOOR THERMAL MONITORING

Instrumentation:

  • for outdoor monitoring: XETRON ELOG 10EH data logger
  • for outdoor monitoring: XETRON ELOG 10EH data logger

Fields of application:

Work environments for:

  • Analysis and verification of thermal comfort conditions within work environments, carried out using data loggers that allow for monitoring temperature and humidity both indoors and outdoors and are used in all sectors where air temperature and humidity play a key role.
AIR QUALITY MONITORING

Equipment: Particle counter TROTEC PC 220

Fields of application:

  1. Building
    • In indoor environments, it allows you to detect the concentrations and problematic sources of harmful particle particles.
  2. Industry
    • The instrument is suitable for checking the efficiency and tightness of industrial suspended particle filters and helps prevent contamination by eliminating quality losses caused by particle pollution.
  3. Air pollution control
    • The instrument can be used to measure the concentration of polluting particles in the air, such as fine dust, smog and soot in order to develop strategies to reduce pollution.
  4. Cleanroom Control
    • The instrument can also be used to ensure that particle concentrations in cleanrooms are maintained within established limits.
THERMAL STRESS MONITORING

Instrumentation: Kestrel 5400 WBGT Heat Stress Tracker & Weather Meter

Fields of application:

  1. Safety at work
    • The data is used to determine whether working conditions are safe and to develop mitigation measures in all internal and external work environments such as factories, construction sites and work fields.
  2. Occupational medicine
    • The data is used to monitor workers’ physical conditions, both to prevent heat-related injuries and to assess their suitability for the context in which they operate.
  3. Public health
    • In the public sector, data can be used to protect public health and prevent heat- or cold-related illnesses.

Dedicated Training Services

We enhance human capital through training for managers, executives, and operators, leveraging specific support measures (PNRR, regional calls for proposals, grants to Fondirigenti and Fondimpresa, etc.).
